RIP Duane Eddy , music magic & magician you will be missed. 🎸🎼💐
The man didn't have a pretentious bone in his body. R.I.P.
RIP Duane Eddy (April 26, 1938 - April 30, 2024), aged 86 You will be remembered as a legend.
Rest in Twang 26-April-1936 >> 30-April-2024
Sounds so rich & perfectly balanced compared to some of the posted recordings.
2024 RIP Duane Eddy E String magic
I met her a few times. I didn’t know who she was until afterwards. I wish I had known.
I worked with a drummer who was in a band with horns back in the 90s and they did a lot of Chicago songs. He said he could never get Danny's drum parts right. Lots of sophistication in his playing.
Absolutely wonderful
Did Eddie play the intro of "Let's Get It On"? I think so.
They're ALL shreddin'!!!!
Love this!!!!❤
so, Bobby was a girl to Kris and a guy to Janis,,,😮
Beautiful, thank you
I love Mandy's singing,she is just awsome
Sounds like a Bramlett backing vocals !
He sure did get rich off of because he got my money and I still got the LP 😊😊
I loved Green Onions so much that I spent a few weeks learning it on the keyboard and mastered it. Probably the most legendary organ piece ever written.
WOW!
Great song...
R. I. P. Dickey. Thank you for all the extraordinary ear candy, great memories, countless huge ear to ear smiles, and full on belly laughs.
An awesome group with amazing music 🎶 🎵, they made the 70's fantastic 😀
What a splendid salute to Glen. How sweet to be delivered from a stage that emanates the love, warmth and genuineness of Joe’s many special tributes to fellow musicians, many of whom must feel a deep depth of gratitude to Glen Campbell. My gratitude is extended to the both the Campbell and Chambers families and the MHOFM.
JJStetson, thank you so much. My dad, Joe, would have really appreciated your very kind, thought felt words & continued support for the channel… and so do I. If you haven’t been to the museum, I hope you can visit & let me know if you do. All the best, Britt
I saw Ringo Starr and His All Star Band with Steve Lukather in it and it was one of the most fun concerts I'd ever been too, and I've been to a lot of concerts.
3:11 As wl as Jimi Hendrix 😊
Wow! What a dear man. A first class human. You and your kind are rare, Hal. The world misses you terribly
cool stuff, neat stuff
I would have enjoyed this song a lot more if it had been played at the speed it was recorded at. They are playing it too fast.
♥♥♥♥♥
Loved the whole interview!! Joe Chambers, the best interviewer, .just let it flow. ♥
@cblue2, thank you so much for the very kind comment & support for the channel. My dad, Joe, would have really appreciated it & I do too. Hope you can visit the museum sometime. All the best, Britt
@@MusiciansHallofFameMuseum I'm sorry for your loss. And I will visit 💞
Damn, just my many artists and bands did the Beatles influence? Mindboggling.
Great blues performance
Does anyone know who is the girl in the, young girl, video. I'm 64 and I've loved the song since first seeing it when I was ten.
Great history.
Vince is one of the most talented, humble musicians on the planet!
No secrets revealed in this clickbait but decent interview
I LOVE THIS SONG, ALWAYS HAVE!
...and I've still got the original EP. Remember EP's ? I was cool when I was 16. Seventy years later and I'm still cool but I don't look cool, I just look sort of comfortable.
Music doesn't get any better , 😮
Hanks back hurt from the years he'd be single handidly carring country music on it
Everytime i listen another memory. I was young but still have this 45. And a couple 70s turntables. Unfortunately lost my record player in an old house. But just now I thought about how quiet Sundays were back then. Stores closed. Lot's of church goers. Me riding my bike on a summer day. That was my first bike. My dad got it from the town dump. I didnt own one before that. But i sure appreciated it. Delivering heavy sunday newspapers in the morning. Then just having fun.loved the Young Rascals music. Also reminded me of being at the beach on a beautiful Sunday afternoon with the transister radio!!! Just needed to share. Thanks for posting. I think ill listen to the Cowsills, We Can Fly, next anoher happy time!✌️🎸☮️👍
I only found out this year on the radio at 65! After listening to the band since the 80’s so I couldn’t believe that news. May he RIP 🌺🌸 You don’t play with guns full stop and drugs will, we’ve all tried them but life is more important. Get to know Jesus and all your troubles will go away 😇
This tune is a true classic still a brilliant today as when it was first released amazing 👍👏👏👏👏👏👏
CLASS ACT!!!
I played on the original demo of George Jackson's Old Time Rock and Roll in Memphis. That had to be what these old guys listened to in order to record the song. I don't like that these old farts say George's voice didn't fit, because he was the creator of the song, not them... They're minimizing George and giving themselves credit...Jerks..
If your a Johnny Cash fan, check out my music video He was the man in Black.
The got in the groove and never looked at each other, just knew it was righr
Al Kooper OR Tim Robbins?????
Happy Birthday Eddy!!!!
Pure Gold. I’m so glad to have it.
